對于重工業機械加工企業來說，新建廠房時選擇何種工業是非常重要的問題，因為重工業機械廠房需要經常走大車、叉車，還有貨物拖拽、工具沖擊、設備震動、油污滲透、鐵屑磨損等情況，因此對有強度高、耐磨損、抗壓護沖擊、防滲透、地面潔凈、不起灰不起砂、易于維護、使用壽命長等要求，如果做的地面不結實，用個三年兩年就壞了，還得重新維修，這樣即費時、費力還費錢財。那么重工業機械廠房選擇哪種比較合適呢?針對重工業機械廠房的功能需求，一般選擇環氧砂漿、地坪和金剛砂。

1、環氧砂漿地坪

環氧砂漿地坪是采用環氧抗壓耐磨砂漿與環氧面漆結合而成的高耐磨抗壓地面，是專業解決重型機械制造企業廠房、工業及商業倉庫、地下停車場等地面保護問題的地坪系統。

環氧砂漿地坪的特點就是耐沖擊、耐重壓，機械性能佳，而且外觀平整亮麗、色彩多樣， 無接縫、便于清潔、維護方便。因此，非常適合重工業機械廠房地坪。但是環氧砂漿地坪美中不足的是容易被尖銳物品劃傷。

Epoxy mortar floor is characterized by impact resistance, pressure resistance, good mechanical properties, smooth and bright appearance, various colors, seamless, easy cleaning and maintenance. Therefore, it is very suitable for the floor of heavy industrial machinery plant. But the defect of epoxy mortar floor is that it is easy to be scratched by sharp objects.

2、地坪

2. Concrete Sealing and Curing Agent Floor

地坪是一種在混凝土地面上直接施工，通過機械打磨拋光和材料的滲透硬化反應來達到增加地面強度和耐磨度的功能，讓普通的水泥地面有大理石般光澤度的潔凈地坪。

The concrete sealant and curing agent floor is a kind of clean floor directly constructed on the concrete floor. It can increase the strength and wear resistance of the floor by mechanical polishing and osmotic hardening reaction of the material, so that the ordinary cement floor has a marble gloss.

混凝土不僅能夠滿足重工業機械加工車間對工業地坪的要求，其最大的優勢還在于無需專門維護和長久的使用壽命，缺點是顏色單一，裝飾性效果差。所以，對于地面顏色沒有太多要求的重工業廠房，可以選擇。

Concrete sealant curing agent floor can not only meet the requirements of heavy industry machinery processing workshop for industrial floor, its greatest advantage is that it does not need special maintenance and long service life, but also has the disadvantage of single color and poor decorative effect. Therefore, for heavy industrial plants which do not require too much ground color, the sealant curing agent floor can be chosen.

3、金剛砂

3. Diamond Abrasion Resistant Floor

金剛砂是由一定顆粒級配的礦物合金骨料，特種水泥，其它摻合料和外加劑組成，開袋即可使用。將其均勻地撒布在即將初凝階段的混凝土表面，經專門手段加工，從而與混凝土地面形成一個整體，且具有高致密性和著色的高性能耐磨地面。

Diamond abrasion-resistant floor is composed of mineral alloy aggregate with certain particle size distribution, special cement, other admixtures and additives, which can be used in open bags. It is evenly distributed on the concrete surface in the early setting stage, and processed by special means, so as to form a whole with concrete floor, and has high compactness and coloration of high-performance wear-resistant floor.

金剛砂的特點是施工成本低但又增強混凝土地面的耐磨性、耐沖擊性度。極大提高了混凝土的密度，使其減少起塵，增加了地面的防油性，形成了一個高密度、易清潔、抗滲透的地面。與混凝土地面一起施工，施工工期短。耐久性好，減少了因周期性涂裝或將表面增厚所帶來的費用。因此，也是比較適合重工業機械廠房。注意的是：做金鋼砂得與打混凝土的時候同時施工。常規顏色為：綠色、灰色。
